I just booked with Irene for July.  She was very nice, answered all my questions, and came up with a great price.  She took my info off the message board and got me airfare from my city, which I thought they were land only. I'm glad I didn't have to keep checking prices.  I'm happy

We booked with Vera for our April vacation to Iberostar Cozumel.

3 rooms, 7 people, 9 days/8 nights.

Vera was able to get us pricing that we could not find anywhere else. The service and response was fast, officiant and unbelievable. Made my life very easy to book for all of us.

The other good news, I've just received a call from Vera at Mr Iberostar, We are receiving a refund of more than $1,100 due to the pricing change. We will use it for our 2009 Iberostar Cozumel trip. ( Thank you George very much for the great hook up with Vera, she is truly a wonderful and great agent )

I booked today with Vera and was very happy with the price and service.  This is the 8th time back to IB for my husband and me.  This time, we are taking our kids for the first time.  We aren't used to the cost for a vacation for a family of 4 so I was really shopping around for prices.  I emailed Irene and Vera back and forth for an entire day before making a decision.  They returned all emails extremely promptly.  I think we received a really great price...nobody else came close.

I just had to leave great feedback for Iberostar Vacations and also, Vera!!  She has been a great resource in booking our trip to Iberostar Grand. She even was able to offer us a better deal right after we booked and prices dropped several hundred in the next few days.  I'm so pleased with my experience and just wanted to pass along the FABULOUS job.

Hi all
Just wanted to leave positive feedback for Irene, she is the best, I had my vacation on hold with another travel agent who lied to me and charged my husbands card without permission. I spoke with Irene who saved me over $400.00 she answered all my questions without hesitation.  I would highly recommend Mr. Iberostar Travel, you will not get a lower price anywhere.

When will rates and bookings be available for February 14th, 2009?  It's school vacation week for us here in Boston and I'd like to book as soon as possible.  Iberostar Dominicana or Punta Cana.

You want to look at Funjet Vacations, they have packages for Feb vacation week. For a little more $, you can get a direct flight out of Boston, being February you don't want to mess around with mother nature! Check the change flight options and then fill in the your preference in the box that comes up on the right side. It took me a couple tries to find the non-stops.

Glad you got a great price and a refund. Were you notified after paying in full or before you paid in full? And did you have to point it out to them?

Does anyone know what their policy is on refunds if the price goes down?

I too would like to give Mr. Iberostar.com a Thumbs Up for great service. I have been a non-official member of the board for a while using this site to read reviews, get ideas, etc. But back in January when I decided to give the travel service a try, I agree that by far the Service Level of Irene was outstanding. She was excellent at getting back to me, always provided her honest opinion of tough questions I asked and the service thru FunJet couldn't have been better dung our May 2008 stay @ IB Quetzal/Tucan. I have recommended this service to several of my co-workers and they are planning to make arrangements for Fall and Winter holidays this year.

Thanks again to Irene for such great work and for me to once again feel confident in utilizing an outstanding and trusted source.

I'll also give Mr. Iberostar a big thumbs up. Just booked my two weeks at the Lindo for Nov. 29- Dec. 13 and both Vera and Irene were very helpful and saved me over $300 from my regular TA's best price 

Now just have to wait for November 29th to roll around.

I used Iberostar Vacations to book my honeymoon at the grand  and I am very pleased.  I would recommed them.  They did book through apple who I would advise to avoid at all cost.  Mr. Iberostar good, apple bad.  So book through them just ask for anyone beside apple.  They left us at the airport for over an hour even though we had a private transfer and also left us standing in front of the hotel waiting to be picked up for an excursion that was over booked and was never coming for us.  They blew almost a few day of our vacation.  Stay away from apple
