Damage to Iberostar Cozumel

I Agree with Sister (#11 answer). I returned from Cozumel on Monday and it seems it will be close for a while. What I can't recover are my bags since they asked us to keep them in the hotel when they move us to the shelter.
Can anyone help me with a e-mail addres or phone number that works, as I can't contact neither in info@iberostarcaribe.com, nor in the # 9878729900.
I fully agree also with the poor assistance form Funjet/Lomas people on this issue.

We had to leave our bags too.  I haven't been able to get assistance retreiving our bags either.  Right now that's all I'm asking for and like you I can't reach anyone to help me.  Iberostar in the U.S. has been horrible and unfriendly and told me I had to call Iberostar Cozumel for which the phone number obviously does not work (duh).  Funjet has been useless - you can't even get through to anyone.  I will keep you posted if I learn anything and would be appreciative if you would do the same.  Thank you so much and good luck.

My wedding is booked for the Iberostar Cozumel in December and today I received this email from their public relations department:
"The aim of this e-mail is to inform you that your wedding has to be cancelled because of the damages that the Hurricane Emily caused to Iberostar Cozumel, now the hotel is closed permanent.
Please contact your travel agent, they can give you more information.
Sorry for the inconveniences."
She said it is closed permanently!?!
