Hurricane Emily, July 16, 2005

The National Weather Service has advised that Hurricane Emily has reached sustained winds nearing 140 mph. CSA Travel Protection considers Hurricane Emily a foreseeable adverse weather event as of 12 a.m. EDT, July 17, 2005. Policies sold on or after July 17, 2005, will not afford coverage for adverse weather claims resulting from Hurricane Emily or its ensuing weather pattern.
