Litibu Map
The Litibu Map shows Litibu located between Sayulita to the north and Punta Mita to the south. The Mexican highway MEX 200 connects Litibu and the nearby village Higuera Blanca with the surrounding travel destinations and the Puerto Vallarta airport. Located at a 3 km long stretch of pristine white sand beaches on a plain surface, Litibu provides perfect views to the Sierra Madre mountains as well as to the luxury travel destination Punta Mita and the beautiful Marietta Islands. The location is protected by the Punta Mita peninsula against rough weather and can easily compare with the worlds most beautyful beaches.

Litibu Area Map
The Litibu Area Map shows the form of Litibu and the location of the small mystic village of Higuera Blanca. The terrains around the Litibu area are mostly virgin.

Litibu Division Map
The Litibu Division Map provides an overview about the divison of the whole terrain in lots. The Greg Norman Litibu golf course as well is ready, just the grass is missing and will be added as soon as the first hotels are ready. The Litibu residencial lots are mostly sold out, but some of them are listed by real estate companies. The final map my vary a little bit from this planned division but about 90 percent will be like demonstrated.

Litibu Hotels
At least 6 international hotels in Litibu are planned. 4 of them will be luxury hotels and 2 are planned to be residential resorts. The bigger part of the 3850 rooms in Litibu will be located in these hotels. The two Spanish groups and hotel chains Iberostar and FADESA invest in Litibu. The Iberostar development will consist of three hotels, several villas and condominiums. Named Playa Mita this project will have ready the first two 5 star hotels until 2009, consisting of about 800 luxury rooms and suites most with ocean view. The whole project will be finished in 2010 with the aoerture of the thirs hotel which will be in the Grand class. Additionally to the luxury Hotel Four Seasons in Punta Mita this will convert the whole stretch between Costa Banderas, Punta Mita and Sayulita to the most luxury travel destination at the Pacific Coast of Mexico. To achieve a even better transport for travelers a new international airport is planned to serve the Riviera Nayarit area.

Litibu Golf
Litibu features besides luxury five star hotels and exclusive residentials not only a perfect beach and magnificant surrounding areas, one of the best features is the already build 18 hole golf course, designed by Greg Norman. The golf course is fully integrated into the project and all vacation facilities like Litibu condominiums and hotels are arranged around and inbetween the spectacular golf course. This makes the whole destination an open area rich place, where the traveler, as well as the resident, feels free and is able to enjoy luxury life style. The course is ready, only missing is the grass which will be delivered by ship from Mazatlan, once the first hotel is ready. Together with this the Banderas bay features a total of eight golf courses.
