Scuba Diving/Snorkeling

Hi --

I've just booked my first trip to ICD for Nov 24-Dec 1. I'm a waterbaby and want to catch some diving/snorkeling.   Can any one recommend (or un-recommend) any shops?  I've heard of Northern and Sea Pro Divers.  Is there a specific dive shop that caters to ICD?  Any thoughts on weather, rain, and water temp would be greatly appreciated.
