Well no kidding George.  Some of us know exactly how good Iberostar is that's why we desperately want to go back.  If it weren't for the housekeeping staff, Star Friends (especially), bartenders, waiters & waitresses, landscapers, concierge ... Iberostar wouldn't be nothing.
