Traveling with twins, need a little advice!

Hi, am looking to book into Iberostar, preferrably Maya.  When I look at the room layout they look large.  We have always travelled with our twins sharing a bed and our older child on a rollaway.  I know that almost all resorts will not allow 5 to a room, however is this an option at any of the resorts?  I just cant see adding the cost of two rooms with airfare (so far about $11000.00!), when they will all end up in one anyway.  Any info about this would be really appreciated.
