room request?

Hi
We just booked the Lindo for February!
Any suggestions for a room/building request? I'd like something convenient to the pool/ breakfast area.  But, not too loud.

Also, how is the coffee?

Bldg. 55 gets you close to the restaurants, but you may get all the music from the theater.  They rehearse during the day and after the show ends, around 10:30, they'll still be dancing till around midnight.  If you have breakfast at El Fogon, then Bldgs. 53 to 50 get you closer.  Everything is fairly close to a pool.  Check out the map to see what you like.

We stayed in room # 5180 (in building 51). It's junior suite on second floor with king bed and jacuzzi on the balcony, facing the pool bar and close to the beach and buffet restaurants. Great room.

  I wouldlike to send a note down to the hotel to pre-book a room in building 51 can anyone please give me contact number to or recommend a course of action.  Maybe that would be best with our travel agent what does everyone think

I would still get your TA to request and still do the same yourself, that way you can cover all bases.

Yes, thank you for the info I sent an e mail request to the resort at the suggested link, got a reply stating that they would put note on my reservation and I should mention that note and request at check in "nothing promissed" but I'm sure something will be done if it can be.
It only took one day to get a reply on email, I'll try the travel agent as well the one were dealling with is THE BEST maybe I'll drop her name to anyone who lives in OTTAWA CANADA.

Snow has stopped here thank god I'll have to get back into the HOT TUB tonight and dream of the warm waters off the coast of MEXICO

John, nice to hear they are prompt with replies to your e-mail. They always say there are no guarantees but they do come through more times than not so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I unfortunately won't be there as we've not booked anything for this year yet. We've had too many deaths in the family this year and have been consumed with those and settling family extates. we may grab a seat sale to Puerto Vallarta this February but we'll have to wait and see.

Well MexicanBob I hope all goes well with you with the family side of things and you get time to get away from it all.  thank  you for you help once again I will think of you when I get to the resort and the first sip from my first drink will go to you.  As you mentioned they try their best to make everyones trip enjoyible and Im sure they will give me and the wif some for our tenth.

Sandramay well look at the we fly out of OTTAWA on the 19th with Sunquest I think I better check the ticket oh who cares I know the plane leaves at 7 AM on the 19th yippy I'm off.

They were speedy in our time with me. I sent a email today and got a responce back today  . Of course it said the same thing " we don't give free upgrades and we will do our best to accommodate your request" In case anyone is wondering the JR. suites with the jacuzzi are only in buildings 50 and 51.
