Mmmmmm..... Thanks, George!

I don't know if your source has the answer to these questions... but I read that the Maya has its own gourmet (L'Etoile) and seafood (La Marina) only for Maya guests with children not allowed, plus its own Oriental (La Geisha). Are those menus the same as the corresponding Lindo restaurants?

Also, I was surprised to see the fondue menu because I heard that the Lindo fondue restaurant was replaced with a dinner buffet. Anyone know if this is true?

You might be right about the fondue restaurant. I could not find menus for L'Etoile, La Marina or La Geisha.

I will create in the near future a board devoted to the restaurant menus.

I would like to ask all our members to send me copies of the restaurant menus when they come back from their vacations. This will be greatly appreciated by all of us.

wow..those menus are great.  Do you know if they serve "kid's meals" in the nicer restaurants as well?  Hate to miss out because of my picky "nugget-only-eating" kids.  Thanks!

Thanks for the menu's! Question: I'm looking for the recipe of the drink "co co loco"
My friends are going to the Del Mar in August, but I can't wait that long.  Please help.

Coco-Loco
1 whole Coconut
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Cut 3 in. hole in top of coconut. Pour in Tequila, Rum and Gin. Add several ice cubes and stir. Throw in slice of lemon. Serve with long straw.


 Enjoy!!

Sorry about that.  Didn't even notice the whole coconut.  That would be a pain.

Try 1 oz coconut rum or you can get coconut paste/juice at the grocery store.  Add as much as you want until it tastes the way you like it.  There is no wrong way to make it.
