Intimate, relaxing and great staff

We have just got back from 2 weeks in Iberostar, Cozumel.  We had an excellent time.  The absolutely best thing about it is the Animation Team, who go out of their way to remember your name, to make you feel welcome and included.  During the day they encourage people to join in, but do not make pests of themselves if you don't feel like joining in - they seem to telepathically know if you 'really' want to join in or not.  They run water games, beach volleyball, rifle shooting, dance lessons and so on.  In the evening, they put on really entertaining shows, which did not repeat the whole 2 weeks we were there.  Their dancing was way above what we expected - some of them must be professional dancers they are that good.  Like another reviewer said, they seem to really care whether you are having a good time or not.  Also, their costumes, sets and production was much much higher than we had expected it to be.
The resort feels like an island in its own right.  Rooms:  good.  Food: good (that's from 2 choosy eaters too). Drinks:  good.
We never felt that we got any better service if we tipped or if we didn't, which made us feel that the staff respected the holiday makers rather than simply seeing them as sources of income.  The bites we got were sand flies from the beach - I do not believe the reviewers on tripadvisor's web site, who claim they were bed bug bites, the level of maintenance at the resort is simply too high for that to be likely.  We thought it was an exceptionally well managed resort, with top notch staff, but the biggest bouquets have to go to the Animation Team:  Alex, Leon, Edwin, Luis, Estrella, Greta, Diana and Laura in particular.

Are you by any chance from England?  Sorry to sound so rude, but if you are, I think I remember you.  Anyways, I thought that the Iberostar Cozumel was a great place to go, IF YOU GET INVOLVED.  I, unfortunately didn't get invovled until our last day there.  Now I almost cry remembering it.  Oh, to anyone who has been to the Iberostar in Cozumel, what is the name of that song that they taught the motions to people?  I need to know that song!!  You all probably think I'm crazy, but please respond.

I also was at the Iberostar Cozumel with 2 little girls and they as well loved that song and dance.  So I have researched it and found out that the name of the song is,   Dale Palla .   I found it on this board from a guy by the name of "George"  If you cant find it  let me know.
