  we cant wait having been last year to the iberostar dominicana in bavaro.
we head out from gatwick and are looking forward to staying at the hacienda dominicus.
it would be nice to hear from others who are going at the same time and maybe share a coffee or drink(or two lol)

You are going to love the Dominicus!
I just got back last night. Remember, Bring loads of high SPF sunscreen because it's one of the few really expensive items down there. That mistake cost me $18 US.
When you go downtown to Bayahibe, which is really safe because its an area protegida del turismo,Don't be afraid to bargain hard with the small shop keepers. Go half what they say at first, and don't go up much from there. They DO NOT want you to walk out without making the purchase. Cigarettes are $15 US for a carton of 100 downtown so don't stock up at home if you smoke. E-mail me if you want anymore hints.        Neil

We'll be there Jun 7 - 16 so will maybe see you there. This will be our 2nd trip to the DR; last time stayed at the Paradisus Punta Cana and had a fantastic time. Hope the Hacienda D. will be as good.  Don & Jo(sephine)
