Fantastic restaurants in PDC???

We're leaving this frigid weather in three days for the Del Mar. We love the town of PDC and plan to visit a couple of times while we're there. We are also meeting up with friends so would like to make a nice night of it with a great meal. I'd love some suggestions/recommendations. We especially love seafood, but a fantastic restaurant of any kind would be great. Thanks....

Yaxche has great authentic Mayan/Yucatecean dishes. They are a little on the pricey side though.
