I am not sure what "Paridsio" means.

Here's the rules:

Guests of the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo also enjoy full all-inclusive exchange privileges with the adjacent sister property, the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Beach Resort, giving you a total of 12 restaurants and bars from which to choose while retaining full privacy of your own resort.

If you stay at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach or Del Mar, you do not have exchange privileges at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo or Maya.

Stay At One, Play At All Program -
Guests staying at the Iberostar Quetzal, Iberostar Paraiso Beach, Paraiso del Mar or the Iberostar Cozumel have complimentary daytime exchange privileges at any of these hotels. These exchange privileges do not include transportation between properties.

At the same time you should not have any problems with using pools.

The pools shouldn't be a problem. My best friend works in the miniclub at IB Paraiso del Mar and she takes the kids to the wave pool and lazy river all the time. However they will not serve you food or drink there.

I have read conflicting reports as to guests at the IB del mar/ beach ... actually being escorted out of the pools!  this for both the lazy river and wave pools!!

can someone clarify?

We stayed at the Lindo last year and found that everyone was able to use all the pool.  There are too many people around to re-enforce pool issues.  Your children will enjoy the wave pool and the "lazy river"

I will be headed there June 16-26 and staying at Paraiso Beach with 3 x 5 year old, 1 x 2 year old and we will be using the kid's club for the 5 year olds. Will your best friend be there? I don't think there is any way for you to contact her until you get to the hotel because she doesn't have time to go to internet. B ut i can probabley answer any questions you have as I used to be in chrage of the miniclub at Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal, that is where we used to work together.

Thanks for your email. My question is regarding the babysitting for night's out. Is this typically run through the people who work at the kid's club or other employees of the resort? We have 4 children who will need some evening babysitting, but not sure how it works. Do a lot of people use the babysitting service and do you have any pointers for me? Thanks so much!

The babysitting is not usually run through the miniclub, you have to talk to the people at the front desk to organize it. I believe its like 10 dollars an hour, and it could be a number of people. At tucan there was one girl who did it mostly but is she was busy then there were a few others who would do it. They are all employeese of the hotel, and when they are not babysitting usually work at the front desk or as an opporator on the switchboard. Most speak english so you might want to make sure they one you get speaks english, of course there english is not great but they can communicate. Usually if you ask they will take your kids to the minidisco for you which is at 8 or 8:15 and they usually have some kits made up of things for the kids to do in the room as well. They are pretty good about making your requests. Let me know if you have any more questions.
