Hi
I've booked 12 people from the UK to go to my wedding next April.  Another 12 from the USA are coming. Since I am american and my fiance is british (we live in england) our tour operator can't process the wedding and I have to go through the hotel.  I've emailed them about ten times and they never reply and I am getting REALLY nervous!!  Even when I call the phone number it doesnt go through.  Does anyone have contact details for Costa Dorada other than whats on thier website?

I emailed them on costa.dorada@iberostar.com.do and received a reply the same day.  Keep trying..x

I've literally been sending and resending it for weeks. I got a reply to the first email but none ever again.

Mmm, strange.  All I can suggest is to be patient and try again. They probably receive a high number of emails each day so maybe keep it short, friendly and to the point.  Is your tour operator able to assist in anyway in getting in touch?

I have mailed iberostar costa dorada hotel, quite a few times, and always received a reply with 24hrs
