After just getting back from a holiday to Mexico, i have only one complaint! This is about First choice, there staff were rude and bot exactly helpful! But there new planes are gorge! the seats are sooooo comfy, the flight just seemed to fly by. But they cannot guarantee that you will all be sat together, so if you can check in as early as you can to have a better chance of sitting together (especially if you are travelling in a large group like we did)
Flight: Great views over Florida!
Hotel: The hotel is amazing! from the moment you walk in the door. We were a wedding party which was good too as, as soon as we walked into the hotel our party name was up on the "special welcome board". When we got off the coach we got told not to worry about our luggage, which was a nice suprise, and we got told to head straight over to the front desk, where we had a very friendly welcome from all the staff (for all the girls there are some really gorge men at the front desk ) anyway there they delt with each group individually, so because there was sixteen of us we were there for only twenty minutes! while we were waiting we had a cocktail brought over which was delicious( called a conga, we didn't find this out till our last day) Our whole party got put in one building which was amazing because we never had far to walk to see the others, the only ones that wernt were the bride and groom who got upgraded because they were a wedding bride and groom, there room was great. The only problem with the checking in is that two people out of our party paid for double rooms and didn't get them, but the rooms are so big it didn't really matter because what they call a kingsize bed is massive. The bathroom is gorgeous all marble with the biggest mirror ever, the bathroom does have a hairdryer but its not brilliant so i would suggest if you have one to take it just Incas, the bathroom is equipped with everything, including shampoo and shower gel that work really well, towels are also supplied, both beach and room towels. Tipping is recommend but not essential, the maids do not all speak English but are all so polite and friendly.
Dining:Excellent! Our party had every age group from 18months to 60years
Breakfast: lovely they simply have something for everyone! from a full English breakfast to that all American style breakfast, with pancakes, waffles and at least 3 types of donuts! all international cereals
Lunch: All the buffets are excellent for food the two main ones have a bigger choice but the pool side ones are just as good, if your there at the pool its soooo quick to get to earthier of the two
Dinner:Best meal of the day they have everything even the youngest member of our group loved it every night and ate a full dinner and pudding. We went to the Steakhouse,Japanese and Tropical a la carte restaurants, they all amazing especially the Japanese, because they do the show cooking which is amazing, thats why we went twice!
Drinks: All lovely, whether your old enough to drink or not, A good tip is just too try all the drinks, and to drink as much as you can because it is so hot out there.

Kids Club: Great! two of our kids went and had a great time
Theater:
Great night out for all the family truly funny and a great time they have a different show everynight and is a complete great night out. The best shows are the MR&MRS iberostar where the audience is in complete control. At about 8:30 the kids entertainer (usually Chris) comes out to do the kids show with dancing and games(any age can go up i mean we were 12,14 and 15) and we still went up and played all the games, after the games the live band cam out and did songs so people could slow dance. Then it was the show, then the band came back out and you do the the Club dance and hey baby/YMCA/cha cha slide/and other Mexican dances that are really easy to pick up
Club Dance: this dance is danced about 5 times a day and is danced to dale pa'lla and is so much fun and danced at every iberostar resort
Night club:
One night 9 of us went down to the night club and had a brilliant night out. IF you are under 18 then you have to have an adult with you. But this is a wicked night out for everyone they play all up to date music and anything on request
Daily activities

Star Friends
When i first arrived i thought they were they just silly kiddy entertainers, but they are sooooooo not they are so much fun, they get along with everyone geal runs the star friends and chris does al ot of the entertaining he is soooooo funny and gets along with everyone, he really took a shine to my two youngest cousins.
There are absolutely loads of star friends including
*Victor, a really sweet guy (who i danced with every night) But is no longer there
*Yoli, a relly talented dancer who is so sweet and kind
*Jermero, A really fun guy who is soooo easy to get along with
*Patty a hilarious girls with sooooo much talent who gets along really well with every one and loves little kids
*Sandra a tiny dancer who is soooo lovely
*Vanessa a brilliant dancer
*Dan a really talented dancer who loves his job
*Mario a complete joker but he is sooooooo funny
*David runs a lot of the activities
*and loadz more
The wedding
The wedding was soo lovely well planed with gorgeous photos and a lovely video. The wedding was so well thought out and was such an idelic location away from all the noise and everyone it was so lovely and made everyone cry. The whole group loved the whole day and had a wonderful experience

Another great tip is to do the swimming with dolphins cause it is soooooo amazing and is a great experience for every one
Some other members of our group also went scuba diving and loved it but sometimes there is a really strong current and is hard to swim
Others also went diving at xel-ha and loved it(this is where they jumped off the cliff) these are all great experiences.
